What are "Ultimate Passes" and How does my team earn one?

 

Dear Cheer/Dance Coach,

 

On behalf of Cheer Fest, we would like to invite you and your team to compete for an award to the the 1st annual Cheer Fest Ultimate National Championship!

 

This championship will be held on April 4-5, 2009 at the Sun Dome in Tampa, Florida!

 

The Gold Pass Award entitles your team to a 50% discount on your entry fees and the Platinum Pass entitles your team to enter FREE!

 

This is our first annual 2 Day Open Nationals, open to EVERYONE!

 

* These passes may be awarded to any level team in your program

 

* These passes are non-transferable either within the same program or to another program. The number of participants registered at the time of winning is the number of participants to which the discount applies.

* Passes are limited to one pass per team.

 

* All winners of Gold or Platinum Passes must compete at the same level or higher AND the same age division in which the pass was awarded.

 

* A Gold Pass may be upgraded to a Platinum Pass, if awarded at another qualifying National Event prior to March 1, 2009.

 

It is very important that you register your team within thirty (30) days of receiving the award to ensure your spot to compete in this very prestigious event. We are anticipating a record number of teams.

 

If you fail to register within the thirty (30) days, your pass becomes VOID. A $100 non-refundable and non-transferable processing fee per team is due with your registration. The $100 will not be applied to your balance.

 

Registration forms and balances postmarked after March 1, 2009 will be assessed a $250 late fee per team. If your team competes and is awarded a Pass at a qualifying National Event after March 1, 2009, Cheer Fest will contact you with the necessary information and details.

 

General admission for The Cheer Fest Ultimate National Championship is $15/day or $25/2-day pass.

Ages 2 and under are FREE!
